Our Story

I'm so glad you're here...

I’m a teacher. From a family of teachers.

And to me, the Word of God is the best subject there is. Nothing brings me more joy then to help women see and understand how God is at work in their lives.

I do that by creating environments where people can be their true selves, without the masks of “everything’s fine” we sometimes hide behind (or…wear to protect ourselves). Because when we’re real with ourselves, we can be vulnerable and compassionate with others and create authentic, life-changing communities.

I will always go first. I will always share with you the highs and lows of a good life that has been rocked by unimaginable tragedy and faces continual struggles.

I began this journey over twenty years ago, starting The 3 O’Clock Wake Up Call ministry after God used a broken watch alarm and the concept of gratitude to snap me out of a complacent faith and bring me back into his world (You can read more about that HERE).

What began as a handful of women meeting in a basement has, over the years, blossomed into a catalog of Faith Studies, live events, podcasts, and even a mobile app. All of which have helped ignite the faith of thousands of women around the globe.
